Used- Buss Rotary Vacuum Dryer, Type S6300. 316 stainless steel on product contact parts. 304 stainless channel jacket. 293 cu ft (8300 liter) total capacity, 211 cu ft (6300 liter) working capacity. 5'1" diameter (1575 mm) x 13' (4020 mm) straight side drying chamber. One removable end. Two inspection doors. Inside rated for 46.5 psi (3.1 bar) and full vacuum (-1). Jacket pressure 97.5 psi (6.5 bar) and full vacuum (-1). Agitator rated 6 bar (97.5 psi ) at 200 deg.c.. Paddle speed 3.4 rpm via a Spiess gearbox, type AG-570/60, by a BBC XP motor, type BBC D3 QU 200 LA AC, 36 hp/24 kw-415 volt/50 cycle/3 ph. Includes a Buss type R25 dust collector ( no cages, bags, or top cover), and a feed pipe. Mounted on I-beam frame with torque arm support.
