Stainless steel jacketed bowl, 36" diameter x 30" deep. 2 tier wagon wheel style blade. Swing top cover with (2) 4", 6", 12", 2", 6" x 14" oval openings. 10" side bottom outlet with plug valve. Belt driven motor. (1) Henschel cooler, approximate 1000 liter, 35 cubic feet, 316 stainless steel. Carbon steel jacketed bowl 59" diameter x 24" deep. Swing away top cover. 2 tier blade. Side bottom outlet with plug valve. Driven by a 20 hp, 3/50/380 volt motor with reducer. Frame mounted.
