Electrically heated fan cooled barrel, spare grooved feed zone sleeve, water temperature controller for feed zone, 120mm Lantern slide screen changer. 30mm Reifenhauser coextruder 25D. 7.5 kW variable speed motor. Separate control panel. 3 extruder Kuhne coextrusion block with adjustable pressures by mini choker bars, and purge/shut off facility. 1650mm wide Verbruggen flex lip sheet die with inclined choker bar. 2 spare lips. 0.5-7mm approximate die lip gap, side decals. 1700mm wide Kuhne 3 roll polishing stack, model GA4 1700. 400mm diameter rolls, each independently driven with a 2 kW DC motor. Motorized nips, with nip gap adjustment and DTI. Kuhne upstack/downstack facility with motorized stack lifter, quick change roll facility for rapid changing of middle roll for embossing, etc. Approximate 5m cooling conveyor with pass through stand to allow stack to move with fixed haul off and guillotine units. 1700mm wide Kuhne dual haul off, model BA2-2/1700. Single DC motor for both haul off units, pneumatic clamp with separate pressure control. 1630mm wide Gasti guillotine with infeed rolls.
